Interior design fees typically represent approximately 10-15% of the overall project investment. This portion of the budget covers the professional planning, coordination, and creative direction required to ensure the project is cohesive, well-executed, and aligned with your goals.

Yes. Mark-up is the standard in our industry. These fees allow us to provide product support and logistical arrangements, at no hourly cost to the client. An item-dependent markup will be included in all pricing we provide.
Our furnishings and materials are sourced through a combination of trade-only and retail vendors. Pricing reflects to-the-trade discounts, handling, coordination, and project management. As we build a proposal for products, we are thoughtful about cost and your overall budget.
Our design process is all about collaboration. We start with an initial consultation to understand your needs and preferences, then move on to design development, project management, and final installation. We're with you every step of the way to bring your vision to life.
Absolutely. We collaborate closely with clients to establish a realistic budget early in the process and make informed design decisions within that framework. Our role includes helping prioritize investments and recommending solutions that align with both your vision and budget.
Timelines vary depending on scope, complexity, and product lead times. A single-room project may take several months, while whole-home renovations or new builds often span 12–18 months or more. We do our best to project timelines and ensure a smooth process. We are happy to discuss timing with you during a discovery call!
