Our design services include far more than selecting finishes or furnishings. They encompass the strategy and oversight that guide the entire process—from early planning through final installation—so decisions are made thoughtfully, efficiently, and with long-term value in mind. Yes. Mark-up is a very regular standard in our industry. These fees allows us to provide product support and logistical arrangements, at no hourly cost to the client. An item-dependent markup will be included in all pricing we provide. Our furnishings and materials are sourced through a combination of trade-only and retail vendors. Pricing reflects to-the-trade discounts, handling, coordination, and project management. As we build a proposal for products, we are thoughtful about cost and your overall budget.
